Song Pieces Privacy Policy

croppre Inc. ("we") sets out below how the iPhone app "Song Pieces" (the "App") handles your information.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect any information about you through the App. The App does not communicate with our servers, and it contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking.

2. Where your recordings and pieces are stored

Audio you record in the App, information about your pieces (sections, ratings, tags, notes, and so on), your songs (their names, notes, and arrangements), and the audio files you export are stored only in one of the following places. We never see or receive them.

  • Your iCloud Drive (if you use iCloud). It is an Apple service managed under your Apple Account
  • Your iPhone (if you don't use iCloud)

You can delete them at any time from the App's Trash & Storage screen or from the Files app. If you store them in iCloud, deletions also apply to your other devices signed in to the same Apple Account.

3. Microphone

The App uses the microphone to record audio. You can turn off microphone access at any time in the iPhone Settings app. Recorded audio is stored only in the places described in section 2.

4. When you share files yourself

If you send files using the App's sharing features (AirDrop, sending to other apps, and so on), they are handled under the terms of the service you send them to.

5. Information we receive when you contact us

If you contact us by email, we use your email address and the content of your message only to reply to you. They are handled under croppre's Privacy Policy (in Japanese).

6. Changes to this policy

We may change this policy as the App's features change. If we do, we will post the change on this page.
